10. Don’t forget to sleep!

During the learning phase and before the exam itself, you should allow yourself around seven hours of sleep. But don’t worry: if you get a little less sleep, the adrenaline during the exam will ensure that you stay awake. However, it is not advisable to study all night before the exam because a severe lack of sleep has similar negative effects on the body as alcohol.
